YWCA gets mental health funding

YWCA Greater Austin received additional resources from the Austin Community Foundation to expand its mental health services to outlying areas in Travis County.

The YWCA is surpassing the 4,792 families who received services in 2017 because of Austin Community Foundation's$30,350 award.

Through community partnerships with other local service providers, this funding has helped overcome geographic and transportation barriers to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate individual, couple, family and group therapy to community members in need.
